A Different Kind of Agency

We know agencies aren’t always a positive experience. I’m not a big corporate agency. I’m a local mom and an agency of one, and I do this because I care about building a better support system for caregivers and families alike.

I get to know my caregivers personally. I’m juggling kids and life too, so I may not always reply right away, but I promise I’ll always be here to support you.

Here’s a little more about how that works.

You Own Your Contract

We introduce you to families, and when you find a role you love, the job and the terms are yours. You negotiate freely, and I’m here to help whenever you want it.

Keep Every Dollar

Families pay our fee. You never pay a thing, and nothing comes out of your pay.

Support After the Placement

You get advice, advocacy, and a rematch if you ever feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or unfairly treated.

We’re With You, Always

We know this work isn’t always easy. Caregiving is a special calling, and caregivers don’t always get the benefits and treatment they deserve. My goal is to support you however I can, whenever something comes up.

I only had truly wonderful care for a few years, but I saw firsthand how hard it is to find, and how much a great caregiver means to a family. My mission is to make sure you get the best opportunities.

What to Expect

1. Apply. Fill out our application.

2. References. We reach out to your references.

3. Schedule your interview. Once at least one reference responds, you’ll get an email with a link to book your interview. No need to wait for a call.

4. Meet families. We introduce you to families that are a good match.

5. Get placed and supported. You sign your contract, and we stay with you from there.

Fast-Track Your Screening

Complete applications move first. To get to your interview faster:

Add a profile photo. Families want to put a face to a name.

List 2–3 or more references. Past families or childcare employers are best.

Give your references a heads-up. Let them know we’ll be reaching out so they respond quickly.

You’ll hear from us at each step, so there’s no need to follow up. Once a reference comes back, your interview link will be on its way.
